Who We Are
The three founders were formerly senior members of a regional senior housing operator with facilities located across multiple states and operated and managed a multitude of senior housing properties including independent, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing facilities. The experienced management team of Trinity has leveraged this foundation of proven operations and focus to acquire, develop and operate facilities throughout Texas.
Ryan C. Harrington
President & CEO
Ryan C. Harrington is a founding member and the President and Chief Executive Officer. Ryan was previously the Chief Financial Officer of another multi-state senior housing operator. Ryan was also previously a Senior Manager in the transaction advisory services and audit practices of Ernst & Young. Ryan serves as Chair of the Texas Health and Human Services Long-Term Care Facilities Council and serves on the board of the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, the Fort Worth Chapter of YPO, and the Texas Health Care Association. In 2019 he was recognized as a Healthcare Hero by the Fort Worth Business Press. He is a Certified Public Accountant and received a BBA and Masters in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. Ryan resides in Fort Worth with his wife and four children.
Co-Chief Operating Officer
Renee Anderson serves as Co-Chief Operating Officer. Prior to transitioning into her current role, Renee was formerly the Vice President - North Region for Trinity Healthcare where she demonstrated a high standard of clinical excellence. She has been in the healthcare industry for over 17 years, working as a Social Worker, before becoming a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator in 2003. Renee was previously named Nursing Home Administrator of the Year for New Mexico and has served on the Board of Directors for the New Mexico Health Care Association. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southwestern State University in Psychology, with an emphasis in Social Work. Renee lives in the Fort Worth area with her family.
Co-Chief Operating Officer
Leon Evans serves as Co-Chief Operating Officer. He has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He served in the United States Army and completed a tour in Iraq where he gained invaluable leadership and management skills. He joined Trinity Healthcare in 2013 and was previously a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator focusing on a high standard of care with sustainability, efficiency, and compassion. He most recently served as Vice President - South Region where he consistently demonstrated himself as a quality-driven leader. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration. Leon lives in Fort Worth with his wife and two children.
Chief Financial Officer
James Tsevoukas serves as the Chief Financial Officer. He has 20 years of experience in healthcare corporate finance & development, real estate, investment banking, and private equity. He has successfully structured and executed over 40 transactions totaling approximately $15 billion. Prior to joining Trinity Healthcare, James led the corporate finance & development teams at Provista Co. Prior to that, he held the position of Vice President of leveraged acquisition finance at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and he also held key positions in the private equity and healthcare investment banking divisions of Morgan Stanley, Fleet Equity Partners, and Salomon Smith Barney. He holds an M.B.A. in Healthcare Management and Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Finance from Georgetown University. James lives in Dallas with his wife and three children.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Robby Johnson is a founding member and the Chief Human Resources Officer. Robby oversees Human Resources and Compliance for Trinity Healthcare. He was formerly the Vice President of Human Resources of another senior housing operator. He has 19 years of experience as a Human Resources professional in the healthcare and finance industries. He has experience in all disciplines of Human Resources including strategic leadership, employee relations and retention, and benefits and compensation to align with employee culture with company core values. He has served on several community boards in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management. Robby majored in marketing at Texas Wesleyan University. Robby lives in Fort Worth with his wife and children.
